  Extremely disappointed with this place. Whatever you do do not order take out from here. I have done it about 6 times and will never do it again. Several times when I called to placed the order I got hung up on. Then when I got there to pick up the order every employee by the bar will ignore you until you get extremely annoyed for waiting so long and have to ask someone to help you. Then when you get your order and get home it's either missing something or the order is wrong. The last time I ordered from there was my last as I waited by the bar for about 10 minutes for someone to say something to me and then when I got my order I checked it right there and I was missing fries and a burger. Then was given attitude by the rude young girl assisting me when she was the one who messed up.
  
  If you are offering a take out service have the personnel to cover that service or train the people at the bar to provide just simple customer service and acknowledge someone who is staring at you. I have been at this restaurant regularly but unfortunately will not be going there again after the poor customer service and incompetence when doing a simple take out order task

  We normally go to the Route 3 location in Clifton but since opening this location has become a close rival. If you've never been to any Zinburger and are into gourmet burgers, you should give this a try. Service here is prompt and nice - try the truffle fries!

  This place is always very busy and it seems like they can't really handle the volume. They have been open for a while now, and still don't seem to have it together. I have been twice, and both times waited over a half hour for my food. The last time I went I ordered a burger medium rare and it came medium well. For a place that specializes in burgers, they should know how to cook to order. Great beer and wine selection, and the menu itself is inspired and interesting. But the execution is off, at least so far in my experience.
